Project Manager, Digital Marketing

What you will do

• Manage multiple concurrent client accounts, service lines, deliverables, and cross-functional teams using Asana and other communication channels.
• Create, execute, and revise deliverable plans while managing scope, risks, schedules, quality, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate account calls through meeting recaps, action-item tracking, Asana assignments, and follow-up.
• Evaluate new work requests, identify resources, assign responsibilities, and schedule tasks.
• Provide progress updates to internal teams and clients, escalate risks, and proactively mitigate delivery issues.
• Identify improvements to internal and client-facing processes and develop possible solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum three years of experience leading projects and supporting client deliverables in a digital marketing agency environment.
• Advanced spoken and written English proficiency.
• Strong proficiency with Asana as a work management platform.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, display, feeds, paid social, and analytics.
• Strong communication, negotiation, conflict management, organization, time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• CAPM, CSM, PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or an equivalent certification.
