Managed Dealer Inventory Analyst (Supply Chain)

Location: Avon, Indiana, United States. The role is based at the Avon facility, with a hybrid work option indicated.

What you will do

• Support dealer and affiliate inventory planning, forecasting, and ongoing program management.
• Act as the primary contact for dealer inventory questions, operational support, and issue resolution.
• Develop inventory plans and forecasting parameters aligned with dealer needs, business goals, and market conditions.
• Monitor inventory performance, manage inventory setup and balancing activities, and optimize inventory across multiple dealer locations.
• Maintain system parameters, address inventory exceptions, and analyze data and trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and marketing partners while maintaining accurate program documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, logistics, operations management, information systems, or a related field preferred; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• At least 2 years of experience in materials management, inventory planning, forecasting, supply chain, technical support, data analysis, or information systems.
• Applicants without a bachelor’s degree may qualify with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of inventory planning, forecasting, distribution, and replenishment concepts.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Access and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with inventory replenishment, distribution, or demand planning processes.
• Customer-facing experience in a service, operational, or business environment.
