Junior Accountant (Fintech)

What you will do

• Record and maintain transactions across global entities, including the PEO entity, in the ERP system.
• Recognize and book accruals against issued invoices to ensure accurate period cut-off.
• Prepare monthly expectation-versus-actual reports and investigate and explain variances.
• Partner with the Finance Manager to maintain accurate, up-to-date books for reporting to the Head of Finance.
• Support month-end close and maintain clean, audit-ready records and documentation.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in accounting or a related finance function.
• BBS/BBA and CA/CPA or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and solid accounting fundamentals.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work across multiple entities and countries.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
