Operations Manager (Part-Time)

Location: Houston, Texas, United States; position may be remote

hirify.global supports the Military and Family Life Counseling program, which provides confidential non-medical counseling, consultation, and outreach services to military communities worldwide.

What you will do

• Oversee human resources duties and support daily operations for the contract.
• Partner with the Operations Manager as part of the program management team.
• Fulfill government assignment requests in a timely manner.
• Coordinate work assignments, travel logistics, stakeholders, and worksite points of contact.
• Maintain efficient operational procedures and support quality service delivery to eligible participants.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience managing operations for an international, geographically dispersed, rapidly changing program.
• At least five years of experience in human resource management, worksite or assignment tracking, financial management, and stakeholder communications.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, engineering, sciences, or a related field.

Nice to have

• At least two years of experience managing SLAs under an incentive-based contract.
• At least two years of experience supporting military organizations.
