Software Engineer III (.NET)

Location: Hybrid in Birmingham, Alabama; Charlotte, North Carolina; or Atlanta, Georgia

Salary: $60–$65 per hour

hirify.global provides consulting services and is supporting a bank’s Fraud Technology organization on its Frontier AI remediation initiative.

What you will do

• Identify and remediate vulnerabilities across .NET Framework and .NET Core applications.
• Implement API governance, configuration, security improvements, and ongoing API remediation.
• Develop and maintain microservices and containerized solutions using Docker and Kubernetes or OpenShift.
• Support production-data obfuscation, security-related data changes, and network-segmentation remediation.
• Troubleshoot application, API, integration, and environment issues and perform functional and security validation.
• Collaborate with architecture, application, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and other stakeholder teams on high-visibility external services.

Requirements

• Five or more years of professional software-development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core.
• Experience designing, developing, or supporting microservices.
• Experience implementing or securing APIs and addressing application-security vulnerabilities.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and at least one orchestration platform: Kubernetes or OpenShift.
• Ability to work independently, analyze unfamiliar applications quickly, and deliver production-ready changes in a fast-paced environment.
