Location: Canada; Workplace: Remote
Base salary: 50,000–65,000 CAD annually

is a growing organization seeking accounting support for its day-to-day financial operations.
What you will do
- Record routine accounting transactions and prepare or post journal entries.
- Perform bank, balance sheet, and general ledger reconciliations and help resolve discrepancies.
- Process vendor invoices, prepare payments, maintain vendor records, and respond to routine inquiries.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities, financial reporting, and data requests.
- Gather documentation for internal and external audits.
- Follow accounting policies and internal controls while providing general finance and administrative support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or related experience; internships and co-op experience are considered.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to collaborate, meet deadlines, and learn within the role.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with accounting or ERP software.
- Experience with Sage Intacct, Ramp, HubSpot, or similar systems.
