Senior Product Manager (Travel Technology)

What you will do

• Develop product strategy, business plans, and roadmaps for hirify.global platform services.
• Build internal, external, and partner alignment around the product vision and roadmap.
• Analyze customers, users, markets, and technology landscapes to identify product opportunities.
• Coordinate engineering teams and product managers across multiple products to deliver integrated platform services.
• Manage the product backlog with engineering teams in an Agile Scrum environment.
• Track portfolio usage, adoption, operational, and financial metrics while resolving issues and mentoring PMs, APMs, and product analysts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of applicable product management experience.
• Experience in the travel industry, particularly with airlines or software serving airlines; revenue management or group sales experience is preferred.
• Experience working with software products and in Agile Scrum development.
• Exceptional technical and non-technical communication skills for complex cross-functional environments.
• Willingness to travel.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS products.
• 3+ years of enterprise software product management experience.
• Education or experience in mathematics, statistics, or data science.
