Senior Product Manager (Mobility)

Location: Redwood City, California, United States; Workplace: On-site

Salary: $200,000–$220,000 per year, with potential additional compensation through equity or commissions.

What you will do

• Own the vision, roadmap, and end-to-end execution for the core transportation platform.
• Develop scalable, modular product building blocks for districts, geographies, and use cases.
• Ship customer-facing SaaS capabilities for enterprise and operational users.
• Navigate APIs, integrations, sensor and GPS data, routing logic, and mobile workflows.
• Improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, retention, and sales enablement.
• Collaborate with product leaders, designers, engineers, sales, routers, drivers, dispatch, payroll, finance, and school districts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including end-to-end ownership of a core product area.
• Experience shipping SaaS products for enterprise or operational users.
• Strong platform and systems thinking, with the ability to design modular systems that scale.
• Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, sensor/GPS data, routing logic, or mobile workflows.
• Experience working in fast-moving, ambiguous, and constraint-heavy environments.
• Track record of shipping high-impact customer-facing features and owning business outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience in mobility, logistics, fleet management, marketplaces, or other operationally complex products.
• Experience with configurable enterprise workflows.
• Background in mission-driven work with real-world impact at scale.
