Recruiter & People Operations Generalist

Location: Remote

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including intake meetings, application reviews, recruiter screens, interview coordination, feedback collection, and offers.
• Build proactive candidate pipelines and recruit for technical and hard-to-fill roles.
• Maintain the JazzHR ATS and provide timely communication throughout the hiring process.
• Own employee lifecycle operations, including onboarding, transitions, offboarding, employee records, and day-to-day People requests.
• Maintain People systems and data, support reporting, coordinate required training and audits, and assist with benefits and payroll administration through Justworks and Deel.
• Identify process improvements, explore automation and emerging technology, and implement practical workflow solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with significant hands-on sourcing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack.
• Experience working with People systems and interest in learning new technology.
• Strong attention to detail, independent execution, sound judgment, and discretion with confidential information.
• Process-improvement, curiosity, and resourcefulness when researching unfamiliar questions and solving problems.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting for technical or hard-to-fill roles.
• Experience with JazzHR, ChartHop, Justworks, or Deel.
• Experience building workflows or automating manual processes.
• Experience supporting a distributed or global workforce.
