Salary: $143,660–$215,490 per year for Maryland locations

What you will do

• Design, develop, implement, integrate, test, and deliver multidisciplinary hardware and software solutions.
• Support interoperability engineering that links sensors and weapons for Naval Integrated Fire Control capabilities.
• Analyze design concepts, flight and ground test methods, and capability delivery considerations.
• Identify and resolve software design and tactical operations issues.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary solutions across government and contractor partners.
• Participate in technical conferences and partner technical interchange meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited program, or in physical sciences from a regionally accredited institution.
• At least 10 years of technical experience across areas including sensor and weapons design and performance, tactical data links, and naval command and control.
• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Ability to obtain a final DoD Top Secret security clearance within six months of starting.
• Ability to support standard government working hours and surge periods during integration and testing.
• Ability to travel 10%–25% to government and contractor facilities, test sites, and technical meetings.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in engineering or physical sciences.
• Experience integrating platforms, sensors, and weapons across Navy kill chains.
• Active Top Secret security clearance.
• Ability to troubleshoot system-to-system relationships and develop unified solutions.
