Early Career Consult Program – Cybersecurity Infrastructure Associate (Cybersecurity)

Location: USDALFRI - Dallas Frisco AI HUB (FRI), United States

Base compensation: $63,360–$114,120 per year for the U.S. range. Other state and local ranges may apply. The role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Monitor, manage, and support secure network and infrastructure environments.
• Configure and maintain firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint security solutions, and SIEM platforms.
• Support routing, switching, VPN connectivity, load balancing, and network availability monitoring.
• Troubleshoot network, infrastructure, and security issues, perform root-cause analysis, and escalate complex incidents.
• Support security architecture, network segmentation, Zero Trust frameworks, and compliance controls.
• Document configurations, procedures, security controls, and operational best practices while collaborating with cybersecurity, architecture, engineering, and operations teams.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of network infrastructure, routing, switching, VPNs, network addressing, protocols, traffic flow, and secure connectivity.
• Foundational experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint security platforms, and SIEM solutions.
• Understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems and their security mechanisms.
• Knowledge of security risks, vulnerabilities, best practices, compliance requirements, and frameworks such as ISO 27001 or NIST.
• Ability to monitor, troubleshoot, configure, maintain, and document infrastructure and security solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with security architecture, network segmentation, or Zero Trust implementations.
• Experience with enterprise network, server, cloud, or infrastructure security controls.
• Knowledge of complex, highly available, large-scale, or managed infrastructure environments.
• Familiarity with automation, infrastructure monitoring, or network management tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field, plus relevant industry certifications.
