IT Project Manager

Location: Hybrid in Lisbon or Porto; candidates must be based in Portugal and hold Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid work permit.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end IT infrastructure and production support projects.
• Define and track project scope, budgets, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate technical teams working with Linux, Kubernetes, WebSphere, Oracle, and cloud environments.
• Oversee application production support and L3 support activities.
• Coordinate transitions to RUN and ongoing production support.
• Apply DevOps and CI/CD practices using Jenkins, GitLab CI, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, infrastructure, or production support.
• Strong technical knowledge of Linux, Kubernetes, WebSphere, Oracle, and cloud environments.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and with monitoring and observability tools, preferably Dynatrace.
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• English at B2+ level.
• Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit, and available for hybrid work in Lisbon or Porto.
