Strategic Finance Senior Analyst (AI)

Location: Denver, Colorado, United States, or San Francisco, California, United States; hybrid work with an expectation to work from the office 3+ days a week. Relocation to a hirify.global hub location may be supported.

Salary: $128,000–$173,000 USD for San Francisco, CA; $108,000–$146,000 USD for Denver, CO.

What you will do

• Own revenue and operating expense models used to set goals and measure business performance.
• Build AI-powered workflows, automated analyses, and intelligence systems for strategic finance.
• Assess strategic priorities and quantify revenue impact, return on investment, and resource allocation opportunities.
• Deliver data-driven insights for go-to-market tactics, product features and experiments, budgets, Board of Directors and investor materials, and cross-functional roadmaps.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Finance, Corporate Development, and other functions.
• Contribute to long-range, annual, and quarterly planning, including the strategic plan.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience; foundational experience in investment banking, private equity, or strategic finance/business operations is preferred.
• Proven ability to drive business outcomes through data analytics and financial insights.
• Experience building an AI model, workflow, or automated analysis, with an interest in developing further AI applications.
• Expert-level financial modeling ability and the ability to translate complex business drivers into clear frameworks.
• Experience with Adaptive, Claude, Lovable, Salesforce, BI tools such as Omni, and SQL.
• Ability to identify problems proactively and work effectively when solutions are not obvious.
• Strong bias for action, ownership, resilience through ambiguity, and focus on meaningful outcomes.
