Strategic Finance Senior Analyst (AI)

Location: San Francisco, California, United States; office attendance is expected at least 3 days per week. Relocation to a hirify.global hub may be supported. Hub locations include Denver, San Francisco, Nashville, and Santiago.

Salary: $128,000–$173,000 USD annual base salary or on-target earnings for San Francisco, CA.

What you will do

• Own revenue and operating expense models used to set goals and measure business performance.
• Develop AI-powered workflows, automated analyses, and intelligence systems for strategic finance.
• Evaluate strategic priorities and quantify revenue impact, return on investment, and growth opportunities.
• Deliver data-driven recommendations for go-to-market tactics, product features, experiments, budgets, board materials, and cross-functional roadmaps.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Finance, Corporate Development, and other functions.
• Contribute to long-range, annual, and quarterly planning, including the strategic plan.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience, ideally in investment banking, private equity, strategic finance, or business operations.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business outcomes through data analytics and financial insights.
• Experience building AI models, workflows, or automated analyses.
• Expert-level financial modeling skills and the ability to translate complex business drivers into clear frameworks.
• Experience with Adaptive, Claude, Lovable, Salesforce, BI tools such as Omni, and SQL.
• Strong ownership, initiative, bias for action, resilience, and comfort with ambiguity.
