Strategic Finance Professional (AI)

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, United States

Salary: $180,000–$235,000 base salary; equity offered

hirify.global is an applied AI lab building an Agent Workspace for go-to-market teams, with AI agents for account strategy, prospect research, and outreach.

What you will do

• Own the company KPI framework, set targets with leaders, run monthly business reviews, identify risks, and drive corrective actions.
• Build dashboards and AI-powered finance workflows that provide leadership with a trusted view of business performance.
• Advise the VP Finance and executive team on growth strategy, capital allocation, investment trade-offs, and strategic narratives.
• Build unit economics by segment, customer cohort, and go-to-market motion, and partner with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing on quota planning, capacity planning, GTM efficiency, and pipeline analysis.
• Own parts of board and investor materials and support fundraising and investor diligence.
• Lead cross-functional 0-to-1 projects including scenario planning, commissions design, pricing economics, and other strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, or corporate finance at a high-growth SaaS or AI company.
• Expert financial modeling skills.
• Fluency in SaaS metrics and unit economics, including their connection to the P&L and cash.
• Strong written and oral executive and inter-department communication skills, with the ability to drive a narrative and act as a strong business partner.
• Hands-on experience building with AI tools in finance.
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills.
• High ownership, self-direction, and comfort in a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment.

Nice to have

• SQL, database, and business intelligence tool experience such as Looker, Power BI, Hex, or similar.
• Experience in sales technology, GTM software, or usage- and consumption-based pricing.
• Exposure to fundraising, board reporting, or investor diligence.
