Location: Louisville, Colorado, United States

Salary: $105,000–$131,325 per year, plus annual bonus

What you will do

  • Lead real estate activities across renewable energy projects from acquisition and greenfield development through construction and financial close.
  • Manage relationships with landowners, community stakeholders, legal counsel, consultants, vendors, and cross-functional project teams.
  • Draft, review, negotiate, and execute leases, easements, purchase and sale agreements, rights-of-way, licenses, SNDAs, and vendor agreements.
  • Coordinate title, survey, land acquisition, due diligence, permitting, compliance, and curative processes.
  • Assess project risks and prepare executive-level summaries with findings, liabilities, and mitigation strategies.
  • Support project layouts, mapping deliverables, project reporting, purchase orders, payment approvals, construction debt financing, and tax equity transactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, paralegal certification, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Experience managing commercial real estate transactions, project development activities, or real estate due diligence.
  • Experience reviewing title, surveys, land acquisition documents, or property-related deliverables.
  • Ability to interpret legal agreements, identify risks, and recommend practical solutions.
  • Strong organization, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Preferred tools include Microsoft Office Suite, ArcGIS, Google Earth, Procore, Ironclad, BlueBeam, SAP Fiori, SAP Concur, and QuickBase.

Nice to have

  • Experience with renewable energy, infrastructure, utility, or large-scale development projects.
  • Experience with project acquisitions, financial closings, construction financing, or tax equity transactions.
  • Familiarity with title insurance, ALTA surveys, subdivision mapping, land use, permitting, or regulatory stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of GIS, mapping tools, and project management systems.
