Senior IT Project Manager

What you will do

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of complex IT infrastructure and technology projects.
• Manage office relocations, network and infrastructure deployments, AV implementations, and related workplace technology initiatives.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, budgets, schedules, resources, dependencies, and success criteria.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, technical resources, business stakeholders, and project staffing activities.
• Track risks, issues, timelines, deliverables, and quality standards while developing mitigation and contingency plans.
• Provide project governance, documentation, status updates, executive reporting, evaluations, and process improvement recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years of experience in technical delivery, IT project management, or related roles.
• Strong experience managing IT infrastructure, office relocation, network, and/or AV deployment projects.
• Strong understanding of IT project delivery methodologies and project lifecycle management.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects, schedules, resources, competing priorities, risks, and dependencies.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI, together with strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience delivering large-scale enterprise infrastructure or workplace technology initiatives.
• Basic understanding of AI concepts and interest in applying AI tools to improve processes, reporting, and project efficiency.
