AI Project Manager

Location: Iselin, New Jersey, United States

Salary: $65.00–$70.00 per hour on W2

What you will do

• Serve as the primary project management resource for AI initiatives and strategic priorities within Communications Surveillance.
• Develop integrated project plans, milestone trackers, delivery roadmaps, governance artifacts, and decision logs.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams to align execution with strategic objectives.
• Drive accountability for commitments, deliverables, dependencies, and escalation of execution risks.
• Facilitate working groups and leadership reviews, documenting decisions, risks, and action items.
• Prepare executive status reports, dashboards, and presentations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Project Management, PMO, or a related field.
• Experience leading or supporting large-scale cross-functional programs and managing concurrent initiatives.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or Smartsheet.
• Ability to influence decisions and drive execution in a matrixed environment.

Nice to have

• Project management experience in financial services, compliance, or technology.
• Experience supporting AI, analytics, communications surveillance, or regulatory initiatives.
• Experience developing executive communications and presentation materials.
• Advanced skills with SharePoint, Tableau, or Power BI.
