What you will do

• Lead planning and execution across branch performance, growth activities, sales, revenue, and market share.
• Develop relationships with consumer and business clients through discovery conversations, outbound calls, in-person meetings, and community involvement.
• Coach the team to deliver technology-enabled, advice-oriented customer experiences and effective problem resolution.
• Attract, onboard, coach, and develop branch employees while managing performance and engagement.
• Manage operational, human capital, reputational, and business risks while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• At least 3 years of industry-relevant experience; operations or production environments may require 2 years of managerial experience.
• Knowledge of branch banking services, sales management, prospecting, customer experience, and people management.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
• Additional background checks may be required under Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and other financial-industry regulations.
