What you will do

• Perform in-process and final nondestructive inspections during manufacturing and at final inspection stages.
• Inspect gas turbine rotor and compressor components using VT, MT, PT, UT, and PAUT methods.
• Take critical-to-quality dimensional measurements and document findings in quality control charts or presentations.
• Validate NDE paperwork in the Operation Information Landscape and upload reports to Quality Notifications and Service Notifications in SAP.
• Create Quality Notifications when required and ensure inspection results comply with specifications and standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of the hirify.global Career Readiness Certification.
• Level II certifications in VT, PT, MT, UT, and PAUT; PAUT experience is required for inspecting gas turbine rotor and compressor components.
• At least 5 years of NDE experience in the power generation industry.
• Experience interpreting gauges, drawings, specifications, and standard operating procedures.
• Occasional travel may be required.
