Risk Analyst (Fintech)

hirify.global provides point-of-sale phone finance lending products focused on expanding smartphone access and scaling credit products across LATAM and other global markets.

What you will do

• Use the data warehouse, SQL, and R or Python to build datasets and analyze credit portfolio performance.
• Develop actionable policy recommendations that improve product profitability and risk KPIs.
• Work with the Data Science team to implement ML and AI models for portfolio optimization.
• Create dashboards for credit portfolios, new product pilots, and A/B tests.
• Communicate analytical findings and recommendations through concise documentation.
• Provide data leadership and collaborate with Executive, Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a rigorous analytical or empirical role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Mastery of SQL and proficiency in Python or R.
• Understanding of statistical tools and methods, with experience working with large datasets.

• Experience in consumer finance.
