Community Manager

Location: Remote for full-time salaried employees currently residing in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada. Offices are available in Palo Alto, New York, Chicago, and Toronto.

Salary: $75,000–$110,000 base pay annually, plus potential equity.

hirify.global is building an AI agent and app to manage car ownership and other physical assets, including insurance, diagnostics, repairs, and marketplaces.

What you will do

• Build and grow hirify.global's organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Develop channel-specific playbooks covering when to post, reply, or remain silent.
• Grow hirify.global's subreddits into active, trusted communities.
• Create scalable content and engagement strategies while preserving authenticity and using AI where useful.
• Partner with Growth and Content teams to maintain consistency across channels.
• Measure sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in community management or organic social.
• Native understanding of Reddit, TikTok, and Quora communication styles, with clear and non-corporate writing.
• Experience building systems and strategies for organic growth.
• Understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources.
• Ability to make boring or stressful consumer-facing categories feel human and authentic.
• Must currently reside in one of the listed U.S. states or Ontario, Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, insurtech, or another consumer-facing or regulated category.
