What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Reddit strategy including SEO and engagement-driven posting.
• Manage the branded subreddit, content calendar, and daily reactive commenting.
• Synthesize user feedback and feature requests to inform internal Product Teams.
• Perform technical triage by routing complex user issues to Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
• Moderate community discussions to ensure brand safety, reputation, and community health.
• Report on engagement, sentiment, and brand visibility in AI-generated responses via LLM audits.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to understand product architecture and engage with advanced power users.
• Proficiency in translating technical jargon into clear, readable community posts.
• Experience using tracking tools like Jira or GitHub to manage bugs and community issues.
• Comfort using data tools to visualize community trends and support findings.
