Community Manager (Contractor)

hirify.global provides an analytics platform that enables app builders to embed interactive, data-driven insights into products and applications.

What you will do

• Develop and execute a Reddit strategy focused on SEO, native content, and engagement.
• Manage the branded subreddit, including the content calendar, publishing, and regular branded updates.
• Monitor community threads five days per week and provide daily reactive comments.
• Identify, categorize, and prioritize user feedback and feature requests, then relay insights to Product Teams.
• Perform technical triage, route complex issues to appropriate subject matter experts, and moderate communities for brand safety.
• Report on engagement, SEO, impressions, and sentiment for product launches, and conduct LLM citation audits.

Requirements

• Experience managing communities and engagement on Reddit or comparable owned and third-party channels.
• Ability to understand product architecture and communicate with advanced power users.
• Ability to translate complex technical terminology into clear, readable community content.
• Availability to monitor community threads five days per week and manage deliverables independently.
• Independent contractor arrangement for a US-based remote role.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Jira or GitHub for tracking bugs and community issues.
• Experience using data tools to visualize community trends and support findings.
• Background in technical support or developer relations with high-touch user interactions.
