Supervisor, Manufacturing - Inspection (Nights)

Location: USA - OH - West Chester

Base pay: $75,000–$112,500 per year

What you will do

• Lead night-shift visual inspection operations and direct PET staff in the safe and efficient production of high-quality products.
• Coordinate production activities, support staff, scheduling, training, and operational improvement.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA and international regulations, SOX requirements, HSE standards, and company procedures.
• Generate and approve deviation investigations, respond to product defect notifications, and implement corrective solutions.
• Author, review, and approve SOPs, manufacturing records, training documentation, change controls, and related documents.
• Collaborate with engineers and other PETs to optimize processes, qualify new equipment and facilities, manage assets, and promote lean behaviors.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a production environment.
• Strong communication, leadership, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to direct and participate in cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge or experience managing technical programs or projects.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
• Sponsorship or support for work authorization, including visas, is not available.

Nice to have

• Bachelor of Science in engineering, pharmacy, a related science, or business.
• Experience in a lean manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of LDMS or AZDocs, Microsoft applications, SAP, and Trackwise.
• Experience in formulation, filling, packaging, validation, technology transfer, or change control.
• Project management skills.
