Full-time position with shifts of up to 12 hours.

Develops and manufactures injectable and oral treatments for diabetes, obesity, and other serious chronic diseases through a global pharmaceutical production network.
What you will do
- Support shift production leadership and coordinate daily schedules with Work Cell Leaders and support groups.
- Remove operational barriers and enable optimal performance across aseptic production, finished production assembly, and finished production packaging.
- Coach and mentor operators on technique, behavior, mindset, and adherence to standard processes.
- Confirm operational standards, track events and actions, and share effective solutions across shifts.
- Implement process improvements and resolve or escalate issues involving e-time, PRISM, SAP, and related systems.
- Enforce safety and environmental requirements and manage development planning for operators.
Requirements
- Associateβs degree from an accredited university.
- At least two years of manufacturing experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical environment.
- For aseptic production assignments, aseptic processing experience is required as specified in the posting.
- Ability to work onsite, remain on feet for up to 12 hours, operate manufacturing equipment, and work around hazardous materials, loud noise, elevated heights, and confined spaces when required.
- Ability to move equipment or supplies weighing up to 33 pounds and meet role-specific vision, hearing, color vision, and motorized vehicle requirements.
- Ability to communicate technical information and train or coach operators is preferred.
Nice to have
- High school diploma or equivalent with the required manufacturing experience.
- Lean/Six Sigma experience and a record of sustainable process improvements.
- Experience with MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, SAP, and novoLIMS.
- Knowledge of adult learning methodologies and experience planning and revising work plans.
