Senior .NET Software Developer

Location: Newark, Delaware; must already be authorized to work for any employer in the United States and must not require visa sponsorship

Salary: $75,502–$124,039 per year

What you will do

• Analyze, design, review, develop, and unit-test custom software applications based on user requirements.
• Build process automation solutions using existing and emerging technology platforms.
• Develop modular, reusable code components following software development best practices and standards.
• Translate user business requirements and process flows into technical requirements.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, customers, database administrators, and system administrators on end-to-end application delivery.
• Participate in design and code reviews, mentor junior developers, and provide technical leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 3–5 years of experience with software development methodologies and Windows applications using the Microsoft .NET technology stack.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft SSRS and strong SQL database design and development skills, including stored procedures and SSIS.
• Ability to deliver high-quality, complex systems independently and in a team environment.
• Strong analytical, verbal, written, and technical communication skills, including the ability to explain technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Current US work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
