What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and debug complex .NET applications, subroutines, and scripts.
• Analyze system requirements and define technical scope, objectives, and specifications.
• Optimize capacity, response times, throughput, and application performance.
• Investigate system failures, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective fixes.
• Lead medium-to-large project efforts, mentor junior developers, and coordinate project phases.
• Collaborate with business users and systems analysts and present solutions to end users.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Five to seven years of experience in systems analysis and programming within the .NET/C# ecosystem.
• Extensive experience with high-volume C# batch processing and complex data integration.
• Strong SQL Server skills and experience with advanced data verification methods.
• Knowledge of enterprise software development methodologies and industry-standard coding practices.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare or insurance, especially enrollment, eligibility, or large-scale transactional data.
• Experience leading technology initiatives from discovery through implementation.
• Strong communication skills for working with developers and business stakeholders.
