What you will do

• Design, code, test, and debug complex .NET applications, subroutines, and scripts.
• Develop high-volume batch-processing systems and optimize capacity, response times, and throughput.
• Build data verification methods and perform advanced data manipulation in a data-intensive environment.
• Investigate system failures and performance incidents, implement corrective measures, and deliver permanent fixes.
• Lead medium-to-large project efforts, coordinate project phases, and mentor junior engineers.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and present technical concepts to end users.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Five to seven years of systems analysis and programming experience in the .NET/C# ecosystem.
• Extensive experience with high-volume C# batch processing and complex data integration.
• Strong command of SQL Server and advanced data verification and manipulation techniques.
• Knowledge of enterprise software development methodologies, terminology, and industry-standard coding practices.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare or insurance, particularly enrollment, eligibility, or large-scale transactional systems.
• Experience leading technology initiatives from discovery through implementation.
• Exceptional communication skills for working with developers and business stakeholders.
