Risk & Compliance Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Monitor and execute compliance activities covering IT security frameworks, policies, standards, controls, and industry best practices.
• Coordinate internal and external IT security audits, including gathering, validating, organizing, and presenting technical evidence.
• Review evidence from cloud, SaaS, hosting, infrastructure, identity, network, and security environments to assess control effectiveness.
• Translate regulatory requirements, industry standards, contractual obligations, and audit criteria into controls, policies, procedures, and testing activities.
• Manage assigned compliance projects and concurrent workstreams, tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Develop or support scripts, integrations, workflows, data analysis, and AI-enabled solutions to automate compliance and audit processes; assist sales with security questionnaires.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of information security, IT risk, compliance, audit principles, and control frameworks.
• Technical understanding of cloud and hosted environments, including system configurations, access controls, logs, infrastructure evidence, and security controls.
• Fluency with generative AI, large language models, AI agents, and AI-enabled automation, including their security and compliance considerations.
• Working knowledge of scripting and development concepts, with the ability to build automation that reduces manual compliance work.
• Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, ownership, and learning-agility skills.
• 3+ years of applicable experience in IT compliance, GRC, IT audit, information security, or technology risk is preferred; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

• Experience auditing cloud, hosted, SaaS, or other technology environments.
• Experience with APIs, data analysis, AI technologies, development concepts, and compliance, audit, risk, or workflow tools.
