Compliance Analyst (AI)

hirify.global is building a full-stack AI cloud spanning data centers, hardware, and a cloud platform for AI teams.

What you will do

• Monitor and report on compliance with ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, ISO 27701, C5, and SOC 2 Type II certifications.
• Review and update internal policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.
• Support compliance with GDPR, NIS2, the AI Act, and other applicable regulations.
• Coordinate internal compliance reviews, audits, vendor risk management, and risk assessments.
• Maintain compliance logs, registers, controls, and databases.
• Develop documentation and training materials to improve compliance awareness.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in compliance, information security, or a related field.
• Degree in data privacy, compliance, or a related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills required.
• Project management and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks in a startup environment.
• Familiarity with at least two relevant frameworks, including ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, SOC 2, or C5.
• Hands-on experience with data privacy regulations such as GDPR, plus technical aptitude and willingness to learn about cloud security and compliance.
