What you will do

• Define and execute the enterprise security roadmap, including Zero Trust architecture across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Establish AI security governance frameworks, including risk guardrails for LLMs and ML models.
• Manage major compliance certifications and audits, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and HIPAA.
• Oversee the Security Operations Center (SOC) and lead incident response, threat intelligence, and vulnerability management.
• Serve as a standing member of the Data Governance and AI Governance committees.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to embed security into the SDLC and cloud platform architecture.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Information Security or Cybersecurity.
• 5+ years of experience in a people-management role leading teams of 6 or more.
• Must be located in the Eastern or Central time zone.
• Proven track record in Fortune 500 or highly regulated environments (banking, financial services, or healthcare).
• Deep expertise in cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML security governance.
• Strong compliance program ownership (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR).
• CISSP certification strongly preferred.
