Technology Risk & Compliance Analyst (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote - Florida

Salary: $85,000–$105,000 annual

What you will do

• Identify, assess, prioritize, document, and monitor technology risks across projects, products, platforms, applications, infrastructure, and data environments.
• Conduct risk assessments for new initiatives, including M&A integrations and platform implementations, and integrate mitigation actions into delivery plans.
• Maintain GRC documentation, control narratives, evidence repositories, policies, standards, and procedures.
• Support internal and external audits through evidence collection, walkthroughs, control validation, and remediation tracking.
• Manage technology-related vendor and third-party risks and incorporate them into portfolio reporting.
• Prepare decision-ready reporting for governance forums and leadership, including KRIs, control effectiveness, emerging risks, and remediation progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in IT risk, compliance, audit, or cybersecurity.
• Working knowledge of GRC frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and COBIT.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards including SOX, SOC, GDPR, or similar requirements.
• Experience with risk assessment, control design, audit support, and translating technical risk into business impact.
• Ability to collaborate with technology and business stakeholders, maintain disciplined documentation, and travel up to 30%.
