Technical Program Analyst, Audit & Compliance (AI)

Location: US - Austin, TX; at least 3 days per week in the office

Salary: $110,700–$171,800 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and sales incentive payments where applicable.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for Corporate IT audit, risk, and compliance inquiries.
• Document audit processes, risk assessment frameworks, and compliance procedures in an AI-driven hub.
• Coordinate responses to regulatory inquiries, due diligence requests, and internal and external audits.
• Manage audit findings by supporting remediation plans, tracking issue resolution, and reporting progress.
• Prepare reports for management and stakeholders covering key risks, compliance status, and recommendations.
• Build stakeholder relationships and support audit and risk initiatives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years of relevant experience; master’s graduates require 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in information security, audit, risk, and/or compliance.
• Experience with industry frameworks and standards including ISO, NIST, COSO, COBIT, PCI, FFIEC, SOX, SSAE21/ISAE3402, SOC 2, QSA, or ISA.
• Strong data analysis, Microsoft Excel, problem-solving, communication, and risk mitigation planning skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines and drive action items to closure.
• Must work from the Austin office at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• SQL or other scripting language experience.
• Experience with AI, automation, and process improvement.
• Experience supporting audit, compliance, and regulatory discussions in a large financial institution or matrix organization.
