USC Care Medical Group is the physician entity within the USC Health System, supporting clinical governance, ambulatory services, billing, contracting, and financial operations across 17 clinical departments and more than 80 care locations.

What you will do

• Analyze patient experience surveys, complaints, feedback trends, and KPIs across clinics and specialties.
• Evaluate clinic capacity, access, utilization, appointment availability, fill rates, no-shows, cancellations, and scheduling trends.
• Develop and maintain datasets, reports, huddle boards, executive dashboards, and visualizations.
• Audit data integrity and improve data collection, reporting structures, and analytical processes.
• Present findings to leadership and collaborate with clinic leaders and operational stakeholders on improvement initiatives.
• Provide guidance on interpreting reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a business data analyst and 2 years of healthcare experience.
• Previous experience in HIM, clinical revenue integrity, or revenue cycle functions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power BI.
• Working knowledge of databases, spreadsheets, statistical software, business statistics, and data analysis techniques.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects independently and collaboratively.

• Master’s degree in a related field.
