Salary: $68,500–$116,300 per year, plus incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Manage multiple Operational Database mapping implementation projects and deliverables.
• Participate in Clinical Database mapping across resource management, laboratory, and reported financials data.
• Support operational database implementations, data intake, mapping, reporting, and process enhancements.
• Analyze and troubleshoot data quality issues, mapping discrepancies, and workflow inefficiencies.
• Identify automation opportunities and implement data-driven solutions to improve operational performance.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams while documenting workflows and sharing knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, analytics, information systems, or a related field preferred.
• 2 or more years of relevant experience in data analysis, data operations, healthcare analytics, or related operational environments.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities with minimal oversight.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
• Previous healthcare, clinical data, or healthcare operations experience is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global’s Clinical Database and Operational Database.
• Experience with Power Platform tools, including Power BI and Power Automate.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools and technologies to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
