Salary: $77,400–$135,400 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Analyze 340B purchasing datasets to identify trends, patterns, benchmarks, opportunities, and threats.
• Generate insights into contract optimization, segmentation, purchasing behavior, and marketplace trends.
• Apply statistical methods including optimization, segmentation, and regression to perform quantitative analysis.
• Query databases and turn complex data into clear, actionable stories for business stakeholders.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, KPIs, and visual methods for tracking team goals.
• Support strategic projects and advise internal teams on using data for better decision-making.

Requirements

• 7 or more years of relevant experience required.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and MS Excel.
• Experience with complex financial analysis.
• Relevant degree preferred in business analytics, finance, statistics, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience.
• Experience with SQL Server Management Studio or similar SQL query tools.
• Python or R skills.
• Experience with MicroStrategy or Power BI.
