Director, Executive and Corporate Communications (Sports Gaming)

Location: Hybrid position based at the headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia, United States

Salary: $135,000–$165,000 per year

A fast-growing daily fantasy sports platform covering major sports leagues and esports, including the NFL, NBA, League of Legends, and Counter-Strike.

What you will do

• Build executive thought-leadership platforms and identify industry events and moments where leaders should have a point of view.
• Translate business strategy and product milestones into clear narratives and high-impact content plans.
• Write executive-authored LinkedIn posts, bylines, newsletters, digital assets, and blog content in each leader’s voice.
• Own corporate social channels, including LinkedIn and hirify.global News on X, to increase engagement and reputation.
• Prepare executives for conferences, investor and partner meetings, and other high-stakes industry events.
• Establish communications processes, editorial planning, governance, and measurement to improve consistency and execution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of communications experience, including executive and corporate communications and leadership-team counseling.
• Experience working in a regulated, high-growth industry with a fast-moving news cycle.
• Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and news-judgment skills across executive formats.
• Ability to set strategy, influence without authority, and deliver as a senior individual contributor.
• Sound judgment under pressure and experience producing communications on tight deadlines.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States is required; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable.

Nice to have

• Experience in sports gaming, daily fantasy sports, or prediction markets.
• Experience supporting an executive through a major public moment.
