DevSecOps Engineer (AIOps)

What you will do

• Design and implement secure, end-to-end automation solutions for critical enterprise systems.
• Deploy and manage containerized workloads on Azure Kubernetes Service and provision Azure infrastructure with Terraform and Ansible.
• Build and own GitLab CI/CD pipelines integrating SAST, DAST, dependency scanning, and AI-powered operational tooling.
• Design, deploy, and secure Model Context Protocol servers on Azure for AI agents and LLM-powered workflows.
• Build AI agent skills and orchestrate multi-step workflows that interact with Azure infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and operational systems.
• Apply technical leadership, security methodologies, and AI-driven continuous improvement across the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or a related STEM field with at least 8 years of relevant experience, or a master's degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Experience with GitLab CI, AKS, Terraform with the AzureRM provider, and Ansible.
• Knowledge of Azure Policy, RBAC, hardened cluster configurations, and secure deployment practices.
• Experience with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, Microsoft Entra ID, token lifecycle management, and scoped permissions.
• Understanding of AI/ML models, LLM assistants, agentic frameworks, prompt engineering, RAG, model trust boundaries, output validation, prompt injection, and data leakage mitigation.
