Senior Financial Analyst

Location: DC-Washington-TWP Headquarters; on-site five days a week

Salary: $85,100–$127,700 annual; may include a bonus or incentive program.

What you will do

• Serve as the FP&A liaison to HR Compensation for incentive plans.
• Calculate quarterly and annual sales incentives across all sales teams and distribute payout statements.
• Partner with Financial Accounting on incentive payout estimates, accruals, and quarterly true-ups.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis for finance leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Identify improvements to financial processes and reporting, including automation and AI applications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial planning, modeling, and analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work with large volumes of complex data and present findings to senior management.
• Strong presentation, project management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with all levels of management.
