L1 Network Security Support (Cybersecurity)

Location: Belgrade, Serbia; onsite with shift rotation

What you will do

• Provide Level 1 support for network and security incidents and requests.
• Monitor security alerts and escalate potential threats when required.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, VPN, authentication, and access issues.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions in ticketing systems.
• Keep customers informed about issue status and next steps.
• Follow established security and incident management procedures.

Requirements

• Onsite availability in Belgrade, Serbia with shift rotation
• Basic understanding of firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, Zero Trust principles, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching.
• Basic knowledge of phishing, malware, ransomware, and DoS attacks.
• Familiarity with endpoint security tools and security monitoring platforms.
• Basic knowledge of MFA, SSO, and Active Directory.
• 0–2 years of experience in Technical Support, Help Desk, Network Operations, or Cybersecurity Support, along with strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, VPNs, or security tools.
