Application Support Agent - Trainer

What you will do

• Prepare and deliver training courses on information systems for different stakeholders.
• Receive, log, investigate, and resolve user requests, incidents, and questions.
• Provide technical support and maintain communication with end users.
• Participate in meetings with development teams.
• Deliver services according to ITIL best practices and document all requests.
• Improve documentation and create FAQs, user manuals, and web documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in user support.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of end-user assistance and information systems support.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work proactively and reactively in an international, multicultural environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of another language.
• ITIL Foundation Certification.
