Lead Fullstack Engineer (Vue)

Location: Remote B2B in Georgia; hybrid, onsite, or remote opportunities in Belarus and Moldova. Primary location: Minsk, Belarus (hybrid).

What you will do

• Own the architecture and delivery of restaurant-facing services, from data models and APIs to merchant-facing screens.
• Build kitchen display and order-management interfaces used by restaurant staff during busy service periods.
• Extend and harden production services while maintaining reliability at scale.
• Design for transactional integrity, concurrency, offline operation, synchronization, queues, background jobs, and event-driven workflows.
• Plan safe releases reaching tens of thousands of users and collaborate directly with product managers and designers.
• Provide technical direction, code reviews, and guidance to other engineers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience building full-stack products, including experience as the senior engineer on projects.
• Deep production experience with Node and TypeScript across the full stack.
• Strong REST API, microservices, relational database, caching, and non-relational database skills.
• Experience with queues and streaming systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, Kinesis, or BullMQ.
• Frontend experience with Vue or equivalent experience with React or Angular, including component architecture, state management, and progressive web apps.
• Experience with real-time interfaces, horizontally scalable services, Linux, Git, CI/CD, debugging, and unfamiliar codebases. Excellent written and spoken English is required for daily communication with teams in the United States and Israel.

• Experience with Socket.IO.
• Experience working with PHP-based platforms.
