Personal Banker - Universal - 50th & Bridge

Location: In-office at the 55th & Bridge branch in Brighton, Colorado, United States

Salary: $45,375–$75,625 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Identify customer needs and position appropriate hirify.global banking solutions to increase loyalty and share of wallet.
• Conduct outbound calls, appointment setting, teller interactions, service-to-sales conversations, and lobby engagement.
• Educate customers on transaction-management options using digital tools and other resources.
• Resolve customer problems using banking product and procedural knowledge.
• Support branch operations while adhering to policies, procedures, and risk controls.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• Typically an associate degree or equivalent; a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, prospecting, selling, and customer needs analysis.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and technology skills.
• Must work in-office at the Brighton, Colorado branch.
