What you will do

• Provide expert first and follow-up consultations for men's overall health by phone, video, and asynchronous channels.
• Review and interpret pathology, including hormone panels, and monitor treatment response and adverse effects over time.
• Assess patients, initiate and titrate treatment safely, prescribe medication, and manage ongoing care under clinical protocols.
• Provide responsive follow-up care, answer patient queries with the patient care team, and adjust care plans when required.
• Collaborate with advisors, the UK Medical Director, and a multidisciplinary clinical team to deliver high-quality care at scale.
• Contribute to clinical governance, protocol refinement, and stronger safety practices for the men's health service.

Requirements

• UK GP specialty training with CCT, or a recognised equivalent, and entry on the GMC GP Register.
• Experience in men's health, endocrinology, sexual health, or hormone therapy, or a strong willingness to develop expertise in these areas.
• Experience providing high-quality patient care remotely by phone or video.
• Comfort delivering safe, high-quality care through telehealth and asynchronous models at scale.
• Sound clinical judgment and a safety-first, patient-centred approach.
• Clear, warm communication skills with the ability to build trust and explain treatment simply.

Nice to have

• Additional qualification or focused interest in endocrinology or sexual health.
• Experience working in a digital health or telehealth setting.
