Sr Quality & Administration Manager

Location: Remote within approved U.S. locations: WA, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, SC, NC, CA, or VA. Candidates in Washington state within reasonable driving distance of Tukwila must work from headquarters on Tuesdays and Wednesdays; candidates outside the commute distance can work remotely.

Salary: $106,600–$130,100 target annual pay range; full annual pay range of $82,900–$154,000. Performance-based compensation incentives may also be available.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise quality assurance, compliance, and operational excellence strategies across multiple business units.
• Monitor adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, operational standards, and industry expectations.
• Plan and oversee risk-based second-line quality assurance reviews and audit activities.
• Identify operational and compliance risks, coordinate remediation plans, and track resolution of findings.
• Drive process optimization, standardized quality frameworks, governance practices, and organizational change initiatives.
• Analyze performance data and create executive reports, dashboards, and recommendations using reporting tools, analytics, and AI solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent work or educational experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance, compliance, or process improvement.
• Experience with quality and control design, compliance management, process improvement, and risk management initiatives.
• Strong data gathering, coding, Excel, reporting, presentation, and project management skills.
• Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and leading enterprise-wide operational excellence or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience working in complex or highly regulated environments and using AI tools, data mining, or advanced analytics.

Nice to have

• Professional designation in a relevant field.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement certification.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot applications.
