Manager, Governance Risk Reporting (IT)

Location: Must be based in the US (Chicago, IL; Denver, CO; FL; or TX)

Salary: $110,960–$146,000 annually + 14% target incentives

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Managed Services audit programs, including planning, execution, and remediation tracking.
• Manage OEM and vendor MSP audit programs for partners like Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, and VMware.
• Design and maintain executive dashboards, KPI tracking, and data pipelines to provide visibility into audit health and operational performance.
• Translate audit and compliance data into strategic narratives to inform executive decision-making on revenue and risk.
• Implement AI-enabled automation and workflow improvements to streamline evidence collection and compliance reporting.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Services, Sales, and Technical Pre-Sales to deliver audit outcomes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US (Chicago, IL; Denver, CO; FL; or TX)
• 10+ years of IT or professional services experience with senior leadership in audit management or governance.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program/project management certification.
• Deep experience in GRC frameworks, multi-vendor MSP audits, and evidence management.
• Proficiency with enterprise BI tools like Power BI for building executive dashboards.
• Experience with ServiceNow PPM, Jira, or equivalent platforms.

Nice to have

• Membership in the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) or ISACA.
• Prior people leadership or management experience.
