Success Strategy and Business Operations Senior Associate

Location: Illinois, United States; hybrid/remote

Salary: $100,000–$150,000 annual base salary, plus annual performance bonus and long-term incentives

What you will do

• Serve as a strategic thought partner to Success leadership in planning, alignment, and execution.
• Partner with teams across hirify.global Success to gather operational intelligence and strengthen prioritization and reporting.
• Assess dependencies, conflicts, risks, and sequencing for cross-team work.
• Monitor in-flight initiatives through cross-team forums and maintain a complete operating picture.
• Recommend actions based on findings, including responses to dependencies, risks, and AI-maturity signals.
• Contribute to executive reporting and annual planning with insights on adoption and cross-team dynamics.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in strategy, business operations, management consulting, or customer success operations.
• Experience in a SaaS or technology environment.
• Strong relationship-building, analytical, prioritization, and executive communication skills.
• Experience influencing senior leaders without direct reporting authority.
• Track record of owning consequential decisions and building new processes or capabilities in ambiguous situations.
• Experience with Gainsight, Salesforce, Tableau, and AI-enabled operations.

Nice to have

• SaaS, legal tech, or e-discovery experience.
• Exposure to AI adoption or transformation programs.
