Product Manager - Platform & Internal Ops (FinTech)

Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands; hybrid working with 2 office days per week. Remote work is available for up to 2 months per year.

Salary: €69,600–€97,400 gross per year, based on 40 hours and including holiday allowance.

What you will do

• Manage the internal Admin Panel and build workflows and tools for Sales and Managed Accounts teams.
• Define the roadmap for attribution, affiliate networks, CRM integrations, and customer lifecycle infrastructure.
• Partner with Engineering to strengthen platform infrastructure, data pipelines, and operational data foundations.
• Own Payments & Payouts, including pay-ins, pay-outs, billing, and reconciliation tools for Finance Operations.
• Drive AI-powered KYC/KYB automation while maintaining regulatory compliance across markets.
• Set the product strategy for trust, safety, and risk, including verification, 2FA, anti-fraud, and risk-scoring systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in a marketplace, FinTech, or SaaS environment.
• Strategic product thinking combined with strong execution and prioritization skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication abilities.
• Technical understanding of integrations, data flows, platform architecture, and scalable systems.
• Experience using data to guide decisions; familiarity with Mixpanel or Amplitude is advantageous.
• Practical AI fluency, including experience evaluating AI tools for analysis, workflow automation, or product experimentation.

Nice to have

• Experience with event-based analytics tools such as Mixpanel or Amplitude.
