Product Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid in San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney, or Tokyo; where the workplace policy applies, onsite presence is required at least 3 days per week.

What you will do

• Shape and execute the vision and roadmap for the hirify.global Licensing Platform.
• Define software licensing options, subscription management, and cloud consumption use cases.
• Collect customer feedback, research unmet needs, and prioritize product requirements.
• Create PRDs and product artifacts to guide UX design and development.
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery with cross-functional teams and align stakeholders.
• Track goals and KPIs, support field teams, and create internal and external product collateral.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline; an MBA is preferred.
• 5+ years of product management experience with enterprise-scale technology.
• Experience with AI products and frameworks.
• Understanding of quote-to-cash flows, go-to-market motions, and consumer portal UX design.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to lead and influence global teams while managing complex initiatives and delivery milestones.

Nice to have

• Understanding of cloud infrastructure licensing and consumption models.
• MBA.
