Personal Banker - Universal - Evergreen (Retail Banking)

Location: Evergreen, Colorado, United States; in-office position

Salary: $45,375–$75,625 per year, plus incentive eligibility based on company, business, and/or individual performance.

What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Conduct outbound calls, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement to identify customer needs.
• Recommend hirify.global banking solutions to improve customer financial wellbeing, loyalty, and share of wallet.
• Use technology, tools, and resources to educate customers about financial transaction options.
• Resolve customer problems using banking product and procedural knowledge.
• Follow risk-management policies and support efficient, accurate daily branch operations.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• An associate degree or equivalent is typically expected; comparable education, certifications, and experience may be considered instead.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, selling, prospecting, and customer needs.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and technology-use skills.
• No employment visa sponsorship or STEM OPT participation is available for this position.
• Additional background checks may be required under applicable banking regulations.
