Director, HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Location: Hybrid role with on-site presence as needed in Bethesda, Maryland, United States

Annual salary: $136,325–$212,175

What you will do

• Develop influential partnerships with senior business leaders and internal client groups.
• Translate business objectives into HR strategies and talent solutions using business and workforce analytics.
• Lead change management, communication, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Drive organizational design and development, succession planning, talent development, and compensation planning.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver services and company-wide people initiatives.
• Promote inclusion and develop solutions suited to changing business needs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressively responsible human resource management experience in matrixed, high-growth organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration, or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of talent acquisition, talent development, succession, compensation, human capital analytics, retention, culture, engagement, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Strong communication, analytical, coaching, influencing, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience using data to provide insights for business decisions and delivering talent solutions that support business outcomes.
• Ability to adapt quickly, solve problems, drive decisions, and operate when standard protocols may not yet exist.
